Yes! The Buy Cannabis Online website is completely legal. Currently we only sell CBD cannabis products made from 100% UK legal, non-psychoactive hemp flower, containing no more than the 0.2% recommended THC level outlined in the National Pharmacy Association guidelines. Each individual product that is sold contains a maximum of 1mg of THC and all of or products are sold as novel food and tea making ingredients only.

Currently we sell legal CBD products such as CBD Oil, CBD Extracts, CBD Herbs and CBD Edibles.

Placing an order with BCOUK is as easy as 1,2,3. Simply browse the store, add products to your cart as you would on any other website and hit checkout when you’re ready to order. Provide us with your delivery address and payment details and leave the rest to us.

Currently we only deliver to residents of the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery – Most items will arrive in 3-5 days. Some items may take a little longer. On every product we have provided an estimated delivery date to give you an idea of when your order will arrive.

Express Delivery – Items will arrive in 1-2 days. Not all of our products are available for express delivery. If express delivery is available you will be notified on checkout.

If there is going to be a delay on your order we will always let you know and give you the chance to cancel.

When you place an order with us we regularly update your order status via the “My Account” page. We aim to deliver your products as soon as possible. If your order has taken longer than 7 days to arrive please contact us.

You can register an account via the “My Account” page or automatically when you checkout and place an order.

Yes! Your safety is guaranteed because we use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop on our website. We use TLS1.2 & 256-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your payment.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original labels and tags attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return at item please email info@buycannabisonline.uk to obtain a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA). After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging and return to the address provided by customer services.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method when returning your goods.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3- business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.

Sorry, we can’t exchange items but we can give you a refund to buy something else.
